I would like to find a contract lab which is able to perform Nanoindentation using an AFM probe.

Does anyone know of a lab which does this?  Does Veeco offer this service?

Thank you!

Unfortunately Veeco does not offer contract sample running services. Below I have attached a list of vendors that may provide the services you require. I believe Don Chernoff at ASM has nanoindenting capability. This list has been created over the years, so if you find updates, deletions, or additions please let me know.

Also be sure to check out Veeco’s new technologies for Nanomechianical material property mapping, in particular Peak Force QNM. If you are interested in nano scale properties you should take a look: Quantitative Mechanical Property Mapping at the Nanoscale with PeakForce QNM AN128.pdf

Thanks,
Steve
