I would use Gwyddion, freeware from http://gwyddion.net/. Easy for making graphs, even only from masket data.

Please check that you have the latest software version Nanoscoop_815r3sr8. We have not seen the problem with this version. The trick with making the file read only works but is not 100% save. I just made a batch file at startup to copy the last "real callibrated" file back to the working directory. But now with r3sr8 we are not using it any

Three things you should check: All your values are on the high part of your scale 200GPa and more and even more than the 320 GPa. Be sure that you use a probe that is stiff enough to measure this values. Be sure that your scale in the modulus settings is not set from 0 to 320 GPa but eg from 200 to 500 GPA so make sure your scaling is ok Make sure that

Thirst thing coming to mind: You are flattening the picture. check if the flatening is off when you record ( not on full after recording), also don't flatten after saving. But perhaps i am wrong.....
