Hi John, Your post is really helpful. In our lab, we have a Dimension Icon AFM. I'm wondering that is it possible to get good cell images using our AFM? I've tried to image cells a few times before, but the image quality was really bad. Do you mind to take a look of the images I got? So I can get some advice to improve the quality. Regards,

Hi, I recently used our Dimension Icon to image some fibroblast cells under contact mode. I used MLCT A and D probes to image. However, the imaging quality was not really satisfactory.
