I'm wondering that is it possible to get good cell images using our AFM？ I've tried to image cells a few times before, but the image quality was really bad. Hi, I recently used our Dimension Icon to image some fibroblast cells under contact mode. I used MLCT A and D probes to image. However, the imaging quality was not really satisfactory.
