  • PFM measurements with multimode 8 and Nanoscope V

    Hi, I am new with Nanoscope V for PFM measurements. The obtained amplitude response appears electrostatic charge signal, so I need to remove it , I read that this is possible connecting an external lock in amplifier, this is my question, if somebody can to help me?. how to connect the external lock-in amplifier at multimode 8- nanoscope v system?
