Hello After having (and solving) a little problem with our 7855EV Scanner in our (Quadrexed) Multimode, we used normally the 7828JVHC (thermal) scanner, until the system "decided" to report a "Download failure - please check Quadrex". Any idea on why and, eventually, what to do? (several PhD students depending on it!) Many thanks
