Many bugs in Nanoscope v8.15r3

We wrok actually on bacteria in aqueous medium with a Dimension FastScan. We regularly have bugs with the 8.15r3 software version. Indeed, during the experiments the program can either remain frozen or it crashes several times in one experiment. Is that one of the Nanoscope v8.15r3 users have already had the same problem ? What solution can be proposed

Dimension FastScan - Software crash/software freeze

We work actually on bacteria in aqueous medium with a Dimension FastScan AFM type . W e regularly have bugs with the program v8.15r . Indeed, during the manipulations , the program can either remain frozen or it crashes and it can happen several times a day . Is that one of the FastScan users have already had the same problem and could offer us a solution
