Hi, I am trying to read HSDC files with matlab. I can read the data, but I don't know how to scale it in the proper units. I have also tried using the code available in the new Nanoscope Analysis Software v1.42 without success. Is there any other available tool to do that? Any help will be welcome. Thank you in advance.
