最近用AFM扫磁畴，但是总也扫不出来，不是样品原因。在autotune后，显示的drive amplitude的值经常大于1v, 甚至有时大于2v. 并且每次的drive amplitude的值都不一样。不知道是不是drive amplitude的值太大的原因。请高手指教。
首先确认是不是探针的问题。用该探针扫描标准磁带样品，如果也没有任何信号，则是探针退磁化，需要重新磁化探针。还有注意interleave的phase图有没有黑白噪点，如果有，说明探针在lift的时候还是能碰到样品表面，需要降低interleave的drive amplitude或者提高lift height。
