Hello

Is there a way to digitize an AFM image that I read about in a publication? For example, if I have an AFM topography image represented in a certain color scale, will I be able to generate (at least approximate) XYZ data as a text file? I looked at webplotdigitizer.com. Although there was a way to extract data for specified points, there was no way I found collect the digitized version of the entire image. Please advise.

Interesting question.

Have your tried ImageJ? Let me also check with our software engineer.

Thanks,

Teddy
