Dear all,

accidentally, the fluid cell of our Multimode recently fell into ground. It is now broken into 3 glass pieces.

I will buy a new one, nevertheless since the cantilever seat, the area around it, and the electrical connections seem to be OK, I would like to try to glue the pieces together, to be hopefully able to use the holder at least for non vibrating modes like PFT or CM.

Do you have any previous experience in this kind of recovery? Which glue is more suitable?

Thank you and best regards,

Alessandro

This is an interesting question.

I'd recommend you go with a new cell. I don't Bruker Tech Support would like you to perform such a non-standard fix. Maybe you should contact the Bruker Tech Support in your region to give it a try.

Thanks,

Teddy
