保存下来的数据是-22nm-15nm的，想修改成0-50nm，用的软件是nanoscope analysis v140r3sr3

打开图以后，在色标上点右键，color scale，在“modify color scale”页面，可以通过拖动标尺或直接输入上下限来修改色标的范围。
