DIFFERENCE between DATA from Nanoscope Analysis 1.40 and 1.80

Dear all,

I sent an email to afm.support@bruker.com but I did not get an answer...Could you help me understand if anyone had the opportunity to use Nanoscope Analysis to extract QNM force curves. The comparison of the data from the 2 versions 1.80 and 1.40 shows (Deflection vs Ramp) and (Deflection & Time) curves totally different. The big problem is that these 2 curves do not give the same value of Young's Modulus.On the other hand, do you know what brings the 'Sync Distance' parameter?
