Hi Seb, If the domains are of sufficient spatial extent to be addressed individually then the IV curve then you may obtain distinct IV curves. You will need to take clean IV curves without damaging the sample - always a challenge for CAFM/TUNA on polymers as contact mode (the mode underlying CAFM & TUNA) comes with lateral forces damaging soft samples
