Hi all, I have a quick question. I had used Nanoscope software version 5.30 but I upgraded it to 5.31 with new computer. I found that the images obtained from v5.31 were not open in v5.30 (old computer). Is there any method I can see these images from v5.30? Thank you very much. Ki-Rak Kim

Thank you very much, Dr. Li. Your reply and phone call helped me a lot. I follwed your advice and finish to set it up. Now I can engage the tip properly. But dI/dV curve still has a lot of noise. And there's no difference with and without lock-in amplifier. I am going to talk to another technician from Veeco today. I hope I can solve every problems
