questions on KPFM

Hello, I have a few questions on KPFM. 1)There is a Phase2 channel in PF-KPFM. Is this channel phase detection at lift? If so, the signal is the same as those in EFM. Then in PF-KPFM, we get surface potential and EFM signal at the same time.Am I right? 2)Does the variation of topography has any effect on KPFM? Thank you!

tip bias together with sample bias by nanoscript

Hello, My machine is Icon which has PF-KPFM.I want to inject charges on insulator by applying voltages on both tip and sample at the same time on PF-KPFM mode.But it seems that the voltage can not be applied on sample and tip at the same time when ramp. I want to use nanoscript to achieve this goal by programming. There is a function "LithoPulse"
