Hello. We have an Aurora-2 NSOM with probe model 1640-00. The operational wavelength of the optical fiber attached to the model 1640-00 probe is specified as 633nm, single mode. I have the following questions regarding the NSOM tips: 1. Can a 488nm/514nm lasers that we are using be used for the NSOM measurement with the 633nm single mode fibers? 2.

Sean, I don't have specific numbers, but my understanding is that trench widths at top and bottom are not an issue.

Thanks Steve. I'll let you know how it goes.

Hi, Would it be possible to measure a 1um tall, 86° angled slope using a D3100 w/ NSIIIA? I've been told that DT or CD mode would be the only way to do this, or possibly Scanasyst mode on the Dimension, but none of these modes are accessible to the customer on their system. Thanks, Dave

I would like to know if your Fluid Cells, particularly the MTFML and the MMTMEC, are Tetrahydrafuran (THF) resistant? Best Regards,

I'm using my AutoProbe CPR in STM mode. I loaded STM Cut Tips (CLST-PTBO) on the correct cartridge and have the Mounted HOPG sample (APCS-0200 [model 00-601-0104]) on the large area scanner. The manual I have (85-10354 Rev A) only gives the default values when trying to image the HOPG sample. 1. Do I have the correct equipment loaded on the machine

Excellent, thanks Steve.

What is the best tool to use on the software to measure depth of a scratch? I would like to measure the average depth across the length of the scratch- which is why I used the depth tool, but seems like the numbers are vastly different when comparing the line tool across the scratch. I included the raw data file Thanks bl-20-0tap-e.123
